Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At UrbanAvi Store, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read the policy below to understand our cancellation and exchange process.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Order can be cancelled only before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Note: COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Received the wrong product
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Size or variant mismatch (if applicable)

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or unboxing video proof.
